Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Responsibilities:
Determining
strategies to move the organization set goals, keep forward
, create and implement actions plans and evaluate the results
and process.
The
COO is expected to coordinate smoothly activities of all its organizational
units engaged in programs, implementing various plans and projects of the organization maintaining high order of
morale and discipline amongst as well as amongst the people.
Maintaining
all fund development activities, including cultivation, grant
writing stewardship of donors and event
planning and
identifying new resources.
Actively
seeks and maintains a diverse donor base of government segments and individual business foundation.
Required
Skills & Competencies:
Corporate
Management skills and Dynamic leadership to lead and coordinate different
projects of Swanirvar Bangladesh. Ability to maintain
group to success the goals of the organization
including implementation and preparation of project plans/business.
The
COO ought to possess or acquire deep knowledge of NGO behavior, culture and
also know various rules and regulations applicable for conduct of NGO business
in maintaining proper relations with government and semi- government
organizations.
Educational
Requirement:
Excellent
academic background with at least Post Graduate Degree.
Experience
Requirements:
20
years of professional experiences in the relevant field and
networking ability to ensure organizational growth & development.
Additional
Requirements:
Ex
Government Officials of at least joint Secretary or above / equivalent
officials in Armed Forces / Law Enforcing Agencies of the People’s Republic of
Bangladesh will be preferred.
Salary
