1. General Manager
(Merchandising-Material Control)
Key
Responsibilities: Supervising
the merchandising team and must be experience in material control of garments item.
Educational
Requirement: Master
in any discipline.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 15 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
2. General Manager (Production
& Planning)
Key
Responsibilities: Development
of production plans to ensure maximum utilization of resources and coordination
with Merchandisers, Buyers, shipping and other related departments.
Educational Requirement: Master in
Production Engineering/Industrial Engineering or in any other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 15 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
3.
General Manager (Security Management)
Key
Responsibilities: Supervision
and controlling of security of the whole group.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 10 Years'
experience in related field in any group of companies. Candidate
must be a retired Major/Captain.
4. General Manager (Purchase)
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for
purchasing various materials and necessary equipment at lowest cost according to
requirements and specifications. Timely placement of all orders & proper follow up of the payment of party bills.
Educational
Requirement:
Master in any discipline.
Experience
Requirement: 10 to 15 Years in any Garments oriented Group of Companies.
5. General Manager (Store)
Key
Responsibilities: Responsible
for the entire activities of the store. Generate purchase requisition, receive raw materials, issue raw
materials for production & maintain all receivable & issue document properly.
Educational
Requirement: Master
in any discipline.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 15 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
6.
General Manager (Accounts/Audit)
Key
Responsibilities: Preparing
Financial Statement, maintaining accounts, credit & dues management. Follow-up the timely execution of
risk-based internal audit in accordance with the annual audit plan as well as assisting with other audit.
Educational
Requirement: FCA/FCMA
qualified.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 10 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
7.
General Manager (QC) for Factory
Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility
of quality standard, rules & regulations for achieving
the quality of the garments, quality function within entire manufacturing
process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection
and testing.
Educational
Requirement: Master
in any discipline.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 15 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
8.
General Manager (Sample Section)
Key
Responsibilities: Have
to take full charge of the Sample Section. To make sure consumption of fabric is minimum with maximum efficiency. Develop
patterns for sample and production as per requirement.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduate
(Educational qualification will be relaxed for vast experienced
candidate).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 12 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
9.
Sr. Manager (Technical Section)
Key
Responsibilities: Should
have practical knowledge on fabric consumption, pattern making and sample making. Must have sufficient knowledge on the use of
CAD & Computer.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduate
(Educational qualification will be relaxed for vast experienced
candidate).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 08 Years
in any Garments oriented Group of Companies.
10.
Manager (Store)
Key
Responsibilities: Management
& admin issues of store. Updating the daily & monthly required Reports
& support in monthly store audit. Stock Controlling and keeping top management informed as and when required.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduate.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 08 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
11.
Store Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Capable
to maintain Store Register of related materials. Receive materials as per
invoice.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduate.
Experience Requirement: 05 Years in any
Garment oriented Group of Companies.
12.
Commercial Officer (Bond)
Key
Responsibilities: The
Candidate should know Utilization declaration (Automation), amendment & documentary file works on custom
house & other doc's correspondence to related office BGMEA, 801,
Bank, NBR, CCI office.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduate.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 Years
in any Garment oriented Group of Companies.
13.
Purchase Officer
Key
Responsibilities: Reviewing
purchase requisition & monitoring requirements. Preparing the weekly fund
requisition for procurement and submission it to Finance Department & prepare the bill wise expense
summary sheet.
Educational
Requirement: Master
in any discipline.
Experience Requirement: 03 Years in any
Garment oriented Group of Companies.
14.
CAD Marker:
Key Responsibilities: The applicant should
have experience in CAD Marking (Drawing/Estimation) by Auto
CAD. Independently work with in-house design team for on time design submission as required by department head.
Educational Requirement: Minimum HSC
(Educational qualification will be relaxed for vast experienced candidate).
Experience Requirement: 04 Years.
